1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Opcy Studio website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access the site.

2. Services

Opcy Studio provides software engineering, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps consulting services. Detailed scope of work, timelines, and deliverables for specific projects are defined in separate project proposals and agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in a specific client agreement, the code, design, and architecture provided by Opcy Studio during the course of a project become the property of the client upon full payment. Opcy Studio retains the right to reuse generic libraries, tools, and methodologies developed by us.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Opcy Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
